Cancellation Policy
For appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice, I will charge a $100 fee.
Should you need to cancel, please email thehosslady@gmail.com or call 516-900-HOSS to leave a message. The appointment will only be considered confirmed if I have replied to your message.
Should The Hoss Lady associate have to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the appointment will be rescheduled. If the appointment is unable to be rescheduled, any deposit paid will be refunded.
